I am soooo....mad now!
Today when I went to get my certificate,
the lady told me that they miscalculated before,
so I still owe school $350.
I have to pay that amount money,or I can't get my certificate.
I was told by the admission staff that I already paid off all my tuition fee,
and now they tell my that!
They should told me that earlier,then I can arrange my money.
Now I have to save my lunch money,and work "VERY HARD" to get enough money for next month's living cost and for the exhibition in Oct.
What a heck is that!?That was their mistack,and I have to pay the fucking $350 to them?
After paid the $350 and the licence fee $60,I will out of my budget very soon!
